Shannon Richards

Shannon Richards brings a decade of experience in public administration, community planning, and business development to her role at FTF Behavioral. Before joining FTF, she served as Economic Development Coordinator and Energy Manager for the Town of Auburn, Massachusetts, where she managed planning and affordable housing initiatives across the Central Massachusetts region. She served on several boards and commissions in the Worcester area, including the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, the Southern Worcester County Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Committee, and the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission.

Among her projects in that role, Shannon served as project manager for two school redevelopment initiatives that brought over 100 affordable senior housing units to Auburn, and contributed to the revitalization of Drury Square, a historic downtown district in Central Massachusetts.

Shannon earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a focus on holistic approaches and business development, from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, graduating Summa Cum Laude. At FTF, she applies that same breadth — organizational, operational, and communicative — to support the team’s digital content and business operations.
