
Executive Assistant
Shannon began her career in social services and public administration. Prior to her current role with FTF Behavioral Consulting, she facilitated a number of planning, affordable housing, and energy efficiency initiatives in the Central Massachusetts region. She served on several Boards and Commissions in the Worcester region, including the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, The Southern Worcester County Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Committee, and the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission. Most recently, Shannon was the project manager for two school redevelopment projects that brought over 100 affordable, senior housing units to Auburn, Massachusetts. Additionally, she played a large role in the revitalization of Drury Square, a historical downtown in Central Massachusetts. Shannon Richards earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology with a focus on holistic approaches and business development from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
