Lead Consultant

Ron holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Miami University and a Masters of Education degree from The Ohio State University where he studied under the advisement of Dr. Nancy Neef and Dr. Bill Heward.  Ron is a special education teacher, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA).  During his career as a Behavior Analyst, Ron has worked as a BCBA for both public schools and private companies and has served as an Adjunct Instructor for the University of Dayton and Capital University.

In addition to his work as an associate consultant for FTF, Ron works as a BCBA in a public school district, where his primary roles include supporting staff and parents in the development and implementation of practical functional assessments and skill based treatments for problem behavior, providing professional development for district staff, training RBTs  and evaluating the district’s behavior department.
