
Associate Consultant
Dr. Laura Hanratty is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst in Massachusetts. Dr. Hanratty received her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of South Florida where here research focused on the assessment and training of safety skills for children. Dr Hanratty went on to complete her PhD in Behavior Analysis at Western New England University under the advisement of Dr Gregory Hanley. Her research included the assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior and reinforcement parameters. Currently, Dr. Hanratty teaches undergraduate and graduate courses at Elms College in Chicopee, MA and is continuing community-based research in these areas.
Dr Hanratty has clinical experience with children and adults with disabilities, including working with individuals in schools and homes. She is a manager for New England ABA supervising the Massachusetts Child Psychiatry Access Program ASD/ID behavior analytic consultants, working with other clinicians responding to children and young adults with severe problem behavior.
