Ghadeer began her career in 2005 as an ABA/IBI therapist in France and in Switzerland, where she provided direct home-based services to young children with Autism. In 2016, she transitioned from in-home services to consulting and supervision to a range of organizations, including primary schools, various specialized centers and residential programs for children ages 2 to 19. Furthermore, Ghadeer has been disseminating Behavioral Principles and Procedures through presentations and workshops across Europe.
In addition to consultation, supervision and training, Ghadeer has been the coordinator for the Swiss Early Intervention Project in Autism.
As well as being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Ghadeer holds a Bachelor in Psychology and a Teaching Diploma in Special Education from the University of Beirut. She also holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Sage Graduate School.
