Be an implementer of the process under direct supervision of a credentialed supervisor.
Requirements: As of January 1, 2019, completed one of the following FTF training options:

- A PFA-SBT On-Demand Course consisting of at least 10 hours of instruction; or
- A two-day PFA-SBT workshop presented by FTF Behavioral Consulting.
What to Submit with Your Application:
- A certificate of completion for one of the following eligible On-Demand courses:

- Documentation verifying attendance at a qualifying two-day PFA-SBT workshop presented by FTF Behavioral Consulting such as a Certifice of Attendance or CEU Certificate.
