Elena Molochko

Elena Molochko is a licensed clinical psychologist and internationally certified behavior analyst. She graduated from Siberian State Medical University in Russia and, after completing her clinical training, moved into Applied Behavior Analysis in search of practical, compassionate ways to support children with disabilities and their families in everyday life.

Elena supports children, families, and professionals in early intervention and in situations involving severe problem behavior. She runs a private practice in Germany and collaborates with kindergartens, schools, and clinics, while also teaching in a Russian-speaking certified ABA training program. Her work centers on skill-based treatment approaches, including PFA-SBT and Universal Protocols, helping children participate more safely and comfortably in daily life and supporting families in building sustainable routines and relationships. She approaches behavior support as a collaborative process grounded in safety, respect, and dignity.

Having lived and worked in Russia, Turkey, and Germany, Elena brings a strong sensitivity to cultural differences into her work with families and interdisciplinary teams. She has also taken part in volunteer initiatives supporting children and families in Zimbabwe, Malawi, and Namibia, working alongside local professionals to expand access to behavioral services — an experience that deepened her commitment to culturally responsive, compassionate, and respectful care.
