FTF Behavioral Consulting offers an alternative path to credentialing for non-traditional applicants. The pathway is especially designed for professionals who have obtained implementation experience and training outside of FTF. With distinct goals and procedures, both pathways to credentialing verify individual experiences with respect to the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) process and provide recognition for education, application, and implementation experience.
As a credentialed professional, you will:
- Receive independent verification of training and experience (consistent with requirements of Code 1.05; Behavior Analyst Certification Board®, 2020)
- Obtain a certificate and a wallet card verifying completion of requirements for your credentialed level
- Be featured on the FTF Credential Directory which will allow potential clients to connect with you
If you are interested in becoming credentialed through an alternative path, continue reading to find an overview of the application instructions, requirements and necessary documentation, and limitations. For professionals who have received education, application, and implementation experience via FTF Behavior Consulting, information regarding our traditional path can be found here.
